As of November 2010, when I went in to do admin work on adding another site/blog as requested for BLOGROLLING, I could NO LONGER add or edit. Instead I found this:
So...please take note that your blogroll will no longer be active...and any graphic links or otherwise text links will be null and void!!!
BLOGGERS OVER 50 WILL NO LONGER EXIST.
Please update your Blogs/sidebar.
